Roxanne Banta

Roxanne has been in love with yoga since 2001. It has changed her body, her relationships, her mind, and she found that her favorite place was at the yoga studio, whether she was sick, tired, broken-hearted, struggling with grad school, or struggling with life in general. Her first teacher training was in 2007 where she studied Iyengar and Purna Yoga with Camille Thom in Boise, Idaho. She has also practiced Power Vinyasa Yoga with Baron Baptiste until falling head over heals for Prana Flow Yoga in 2008 where she's been spending most of her time studying since. Roxanne enjoys fusing together the many styles she's been inspired by for an all encompassing class that challenges your body, ignites your internal fluidity, teaches you to connect with breath, and takes you outside of your head and into your body. Roxanne believes that yoga is one of the answers to good mental and physical health and that it will change the world and the way we deal with each other. Yoga literally saved her life and complements everything she does in life, physically and mentally, and she believes it can do this for anyone.
