Yoga has been a part of my life for over 7 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger (on a feminine way), more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga truly inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.

Yoga came in my life when I stopped thaiboxing and needed an other way to push my body... So I started ashtanga yoga... Now my practises are way more "in the flow" and away from the mat!

I completed my 200 hour Prana Vinyasa Flow training with Nele Van Poucke, YogaflowMechelen. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.

In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help deepen the students practice. I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.”
