Jo Beth came to yoga in 2003 and has been hooked ever since. She received her 200 hour RYT training in 2009 through the Asheville Yoga Center. And her 300 hour RYT training in 2014 through Samudra Yoga School and Shiva Rea. Yoga is a pathway to so much more than physical freedom. It teaches us to be present on and off the mat, and how to truly love & appreciate ourselves. Jo Beth believes that yoga is for every one and every body.
