200 Hour Program Overview

The 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered program includes the foundation modules:

• Embodying the Flow
• Essential Tools for Teaching Flow

And the second part of the program includes:

• Fluid Power
• Chakra Vinyasa

to complete our full 200 hour teacher studies program.

 We offer this program both on the east coast at Kripalu Center for Yoga and at Exhale Center for Sacred Movement in Venice, California.  

Requirements for 200 Hour Certification:

• 180 program contact hours completed by attending our teacher training modules
  
• Complete six Sacred Reading Projects
  
• Complete Embodiment Project
• Demonstrate teaching methodology and application via a 30 minute video
  
• Participate in Living Yoga Sadhana Project
• Complete final take-home written exam.
