300-500 Hour Program Overview
Our unique 300/500 hour program offers a unique, modular format of training and experiences. Along with Shiva Rea and honorary guest teachers (masters in their field) offer teachings in Ayurveda, Kashmir Shavism, Embodied Anatomy, Mystic Studies, and Sacred Activism.
Our 500 hour program is for those practitioners initiating the journey of yogic studies with us from the ground up. This means you’ve not participated in a Yoga Alliance 200 Teacher Training course with any other school. If you are a 200-hour certified teacher, our 300 hour program will combine with your current certification to reach the 500 hours.
Requirements for 300/500 Hour Certification:
- 450 program contact hours (500 program) or 270 contact hours (for 300 program) completed by attending our teacher training modules
- Complete twelve Sacred Reading Projects at the 500 hour level OR eight Sacred Reading Projects at the 300 hour level
- Complete Embodiment Project
- Demonstrate teaching methodology and application via a 30 minute video
- Participate in Living Yoga Sadhana Project
- Complete personal Sva Dharma project
- Complete final take-home written exam
200 Certification:
Complete:
- Embodying the Flow: Foundation to Teaching Prana Flow
- Fluid Power: Wave Motion Within Yoga OR Riding the Vinyasa Wave
- Essential Tools for Teaching Flow: Energetic Alignment, Hands-On Assists, Mandala of Asanas
- Chakra Vinyasa: Liberating the Body Mandala Through Prana Flow
300 Certification:
(for those that have a current RYT 200 pursuing RYT 500)
Complete: 270 contact hours, living sadhana project, sacred reading list and responses, embodiment project, written test, teaching demonstration video, and Sva Dharma project
500 Certification:
Complete: 450 contact hours, living sadhana project, sacred reading list and responses, embodiment project, written test, teaching demonstration video, and Sva Dharma project
Options:
Create a combination of hours and modules to complement your life flow
In addition to the above contact hours you will also be completing an average of 150 - 200 non-contact hours.
